Well-Meeting Program Details

We invite you to reserve your next group event at a Salamander property for travel through June 30, 2021 and receive the following enhancements:

• 50% Guestroom Attrition Flexibility
• 50% Food & Beverage Attrition Flexibility
• 100% Rebooking Credit for a future event within 12-months
• One complimentary room category upgrade per 10 rooms reserved
• One complimentary suite upgrade per 20 rooms reserved
• One complimentary room per 40 rooms reserved and consumed

Attrition flexibility and rebooking credit is only available if the request for cancellation or attrition is made more than 60-days prior to arrival. Offer is valid for new group bookings of 10 rooms or more on peak night. Group must book by and actualize by June 30, 2021 to qualify. Subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. Promotion is not combinable with other offers.

The Salamander Well-Meeting Program considers the well-being of you and your attendees in every aspect of your program, including:
