In her role as Vice President of Leisure Sales for Salamander Collection, Carolyn Rebeck Allen is responsible for developing strategic plans to positively impact leisure business and cultivate relationships across various leisure markets. Prior to joining Salamander Collection, Allen served as Area Director of Leisure Sales for Auberge Resort Collection’s portfolio of prestigious hotels in Mexico. Throughout her career, she held several high-level sales positions including Corporate Director of Luxury Travel Sales for Omni Hotels; Senior Sales Manager at Lake Austin Spa Resort; and Director of Travel Industry Relations for Global Hotel and Resort Partners at Atelier Group. She began her career with roles focused in the Caribbean, including Director of Travel Industry Sales for Caneel Bay, then A Rosewood Resort; and Area Sales Manager, Hotels of the Caribbean and Mexico, for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

Cathy Alves began her hospitality experience in 2003 as a Front Desk agent at the Pines Lodge in Beaver Creek. After one season, she knew that she would be making the mountains her home going forward. Cathy feels blessed to have 20 years of snow-filled winters and sunshine days and looks forward to many more as the Senior Leisure Sales Manager with Aspen Meadows Resort.

Carly Cox is the Director of Global Leisure Sales for Salamander Collection. Most recently, Cox has held the Director of Leisure Sales role for The Reykjavik EDITION, opening the first luxury hotel in Iceland. Previously, she held several influential leisure sales positions with branded and independent hotels around the US, Caribbean, Mexico and Europe, most notably working as the Area Director of Sales for The Reserve Brand overseeing leisure sales efforts for Dorado Beach and Zadun during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Darin Riggio is the Director of Sales & Marketing at Innisbrook Resort. With more than a decade of hospitality leadership experience, Darin directs property-wide sales and marketing efforts overseeing all golf and group sales, as well as catering and revenue management. Darin earned a bachelor's in hospitality management from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. He is also a certified hospitality sales professional as recognized by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. Before joining Innisbrook, Darin served as Resort Sales Director at Disney Meeting & Events and has also worked in sales and marketing leadership roles for several hotels and resorts across Florida, including Reunion Resort, PGA National Resort & Spa, Fontainebleau Miami Beach, and Hyatt Regency Coral Gables.

Olivia Gawronski joined Hotel Bennett, ranked by USA TODAY as the top luxury hotel in America, as Travel Industry Sales Manager from Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, SC, where she was the Leisure Sales Coordinator working directly with the nation’s top travel agencies on a daily basis. Previously, she was the luxury property’s Member Concierge, and launched her hospitality career as a Guest Services Agent, assisting with the opening of The Drayton hotel in Savannah Georgia.
